Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the Trade Finance business with high-value customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at top-tier corporate and institutional clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective high-value customers.
- Collaborate with product, risk, and operations teams to deliver customized Trade Finance solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets and strengthen market presence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to anticipate opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Trade Finance, with a focus on sales and business development.
- Background in retail banking or microfinance, with proven success in managing high-value customer relationships.
- Strong knowledge of Trade Finance products and services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
