Our client is seeking a motivated Trade Finance to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or with at least one year of experience in microfinance or banking who are eager to build a career in Trade Finance. The successful candidate will support the development and delivery of Trade Finance solutions, assist in managing client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
Job Description
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to grow the Trade Finance portfolio.
- Support relationship management with corporate and institutional clients.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Trade Finance products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update systems accordingly.
- Contribute to achieving team sales targets and overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in microfinance or banking or recent graduate with strong academic background in finance.
- Basic understanding of Trade Finance products and services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn Trade Finance systems.
