Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Support financial advisors in preparing proposals, presentations, and tailored financial solutions.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and pipeline activity.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Assist in organizing and attending client events, seminars, and community engagements.
Personal Assistant (PA) Duties
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for the financial advisor.
- Handle correspondence, prepare documents, and maintain organized filing systems.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on client requests and internal deadlines.
- Safeguard sensitive financial and personal information with discretion.
- Act as the advisor’s right hand, ensuring smooth daily operations.
