Our Client is Looking To Hire An IT Administrator. The IT Administrator Will Be Responsible For Managing And Maintaining The Organisation's In-House IT Infrastructure, Ensuring Smooth Operations Across Hardware, Software, Networks, And Security Systems. This Role Requires a Proactive Professional Who Can Troubleshoot Issues, Optimise Systems, And Support Staff With Technical Needs While Safeguarding Data Integrity And System Reliability.

Duties And Responsibilities
Install, Configure, And Maintain Computer Hardware, Software, And Networks.
Monitor System Performance And Troubleshoot Issues To Minimise Downtime.
Manage User Accounts, Permissions, And Access Rights.
Ensure Data Security Through Firewalls, Antivirus, And Backup Systems.
Maintain And Update It Documentation, Policies, And Procedures.
Provide Technical Support To Staff And Resolve It-Related Queries Promptly.
Oversee System Upgrades, Patches, And Regular Maintenance Schedules.
Implement And Monitor Cyber Security Measures To Protect Company Data.
Collaborate With Vendors And Service Providers For It Solutions And Support.
Train Employees On It Best Practices And Safe Technology Usage.

Experience And Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or Related Field.
Proven Experience (3–5 Years) As An It Administrator, Systems Administrator, Or Similar Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Networking (LAN/WAN), Operating Systems (Windows/Linux), And Cloud Platforms.
Hands-On Experience With Hardware Troubleshooting And Software Installation.
Familiarity With Cyber Security Principles And Data Protection Regulations.
Proficiency In Database Management And System Monitoring Tools.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Under Pressure.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Supporting Non-Technical Staff.
