Our Client In The Construction Industry Is Looking For Site Agents. The Site Agents Shall Be Responsible For Managing And Supervising Construction Site Operations, Ensuring Projects Are Delivered Safely, On Schedule, Within Budget, And To The Highest Quality Standards. Acting As The Main Point Of Contact On-Site, The Site Agent Shall Coordinate Workers, Subcontractors, And Suppliers While Maintaining Compliance With Health, Safety, And Environmental Regulations.
Duties And Responsibilities
Oversee Daily Site Activities And Ensure Adherence To Project Plans And Specifications.
Implement Safety Procedures, Conduct Inspections, And Ensure Compliance With Legislation.
Manage Site Staff, Allocate Tasks, And Monitor Performance.
Inspect Work Quality, Resolve Technical Issues, And Maintain Standards.
Control Materials, Equipment, And Subcontractors To Optimize Efficiency.
Track Project Milestones And Report Regularly To Senior Management.
Identify And Address Site Challenges To Prevent Delays.
Liaise With Clients, Consultants, And Suppliers To Ensure Smooth Project Delivery.
Qualifications And Experience
Degree Or Diploma In Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Or Related Discipline.
Minimum 5 Years Of Site Management Experience, Preferably With Large-Scale Projects.
Strong Knowledge Of Construction Processes, Contracts, And Building Regulations.
Proven Ability To Lead And Motivate Diverse Teams.
Excellent Verbal And Written Communication For Reporting And Stakeholder Engagement.
Competence In Project Management Software And Ms Office Applications.
