Our Client In The FMCG Sector Is On The Market For a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager Will Oversee Financial Planning, Reporting, And Analysis Within The FMCG Entity. This Role Shall Be Responsible For Ensuring Sound Financial Management, Compliance With Regulatory Requirements, And Providing Strategic Insights To Support Business Growth And Operational Efficiency.
Duties And Responsibilities
Develop Annual Budgets, Forecasts, And Long-Term Financial Plans Aligned With Business Objectives. Prepare Accurate Monthly, Quarterly, And Annual Financial Statements In Compliance With Accounting Standards.
Monitor And Control Operating Costs, Ensuring Efficiency In Production And Distribution.
Oversee Cash Flow Planning, Working Capital Optimization, And Liquidity Management.
Ensure Adherence To Statutory Requirements, Tax Regulations, And Internal Audit Standards.
Collaborate With Sales, Supply Chain, And Operations Teams To Provide Financial Insights That Drive Decision-Making.
Identify Financial Risks And Implement Mitigation Strategies.
Supervise And Mentor Finance Staff, Fostering a Culture Of Accountability And Continuous Improvement.
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor’s Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field. A Professional Qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA CA) Is Highly Preferred.
Minimum Of 5–7 Years Of Progressive Experience In Finance, With At Least 3 Years In a Managerial Role Within FMCG Or a Similar Fast-Paced Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of IFRS, Financial Modeling, ERP Systems, And Advanced Excel Proficiency.
Excellent Analytical Ability, Communication Skills, Leadership Qualities, And Business Acumen.
Understanding Of FMCG Market Dynamics, Supply Chain Finance, And Consumer-Driven Financial Strategies.
