Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Human Resources / Business Administration Attaché to support the organization’s HR and administrative functions. The role involves assisting with recruitment, employee relations, office administration, and organizational projects. The successful candidate will contribute to smooth business operations while gaining valuable exposure to HR and administrative practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding activities and maintain employee records.
- Help organize training sessions, workshops, and staff development programs.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, reports, and communications.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
- Handle basic office management tasks including scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.
- Conduct research on HR and business trends to support decision‑making.
Education & Qualifications
- Studying towards a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Additional Information
